Thesis Title: Analysis of the real activity of the teacher-tutors during the interview with trainees

Thesis Abstract: Our study is concerned with the didactic activity of a category of actors of the EPS, institutional tutors. Our choice stopped on their activity during the maintenance-advice, central device in the formation (Loizon, 2008). We rely on the work of Carnus (2009) which revolves around the concept of real activity. This author seeks to bring out the existing gaps between the knowledge to be taught and the knowledge actually taught. In seeking to objectify the impacts of learned knowledge, we believe that a first step is to identify the knowledge actually taught by analyzing the intentions and decisions made by the tutor during the counseling. We illustrate our approach through a case study. Throughout our presentation we will discuss how the understanding of the dynamics that structure the decision-making activity of tutors is likely to become a source of useful indicators for the intervention of their trainers.
