Research Topics

Since 1989, Christine Guégnard has been studying at IREDU for the Center associated with the Céreq de Dijon, at the University of Burgundy. In this context, its research and study activities shed light on the problem of the employment training relationship, particularly the integration of young people (at the end of technological and vocational high schools, apprenticeships and higher education). , the skills of graduates in Europe, and the evaluation of education or employment policies in terms of equal opportunities such as training courses and integration of young people from immigrant backgrounds, access to continuing education, careers, reconciliation of social times …

It has participated in various European research programs (Reflex, Low-Wage Workers, Leonardo da Vinci, Twinning, MEDA, Eco-Nett) and provided methodological support to the European and Mediterranean Employment and Training Observatories.
