Thesis title: Etiological analysis oriented by the psychoanalysis of the non-use in class of the knowledge received in continuous formation by the teachers of the schools; the case of swimming

Thesis Direction:
Denis Loizon, HDR lecturer, IREDU, ESPE, University of Burgundy
Yves-Félix Montagne, Associate Professor ELLIAD, ESPE, University of Franche Comté

Thesis Abstract:
This thesis work is located in the research axis “Orientation course, insertion and links training-employment” of the IREDU and more particularly around the conditions of exercise of the professions.
It aims to question, analyze and interpret, from the field of the psychoanalytical orientation clinic, the effects of the unconscious basing the report on the knowledge of certain teachers of schools involved in a process. of transmission / appropriation in swimming. This report is illustrated by paradoxical positions, noted in professional training, between the appreciation of the contents received in training and their implementation with the students. The methodological framework is that of a clinical research and a case study that aim to produce knowledge from the conduct of clinical research interviews and the interpretative analysis of the discourse of subjects heard and taken in their singularity. The identification of singular structures of the relation to the knowledge of subjects opens professional perspectives aiming at the construction of a clinical attitude of trainer.
